1 cup (200 g) Fresh Strawberries
3 1/3 ounces (100 ml) Single Cream
Make a strawberry puree by blending the strawberries, then mix in the cream.
Mix the Carrageenan Iota with the sugar and then blend into the liquid with a blender.
Heat to approximately 140° F (60°C).
Pour into a large hemisphere mold or glass and leave in the fridge to set.
