Step 1:
In a large skillet add a teaspoon of oil into pan and add your vegetables, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and water. Sprinkle salt over the vegetables, cover to steam while you cook your meat separately.
Step 2:
Cook meat and make sauce: In a separate skillet, brown meat.
Step 3:
Once meat is browned, add spices, and rest of soy sauce.
Step 4:
Then, sprinkle the glucomannan powder over the meat. Stir to combine well into the meat and sauce.
Step 5:
Then pour over the meat into the skillet with the steaming vegetables. Stir to combine.
Step 6:
Continue to steam in covered medium high skillet for at least 10 minutes more or until cabbage is cooked.
