Strawberry Panna Cotta

This is a traditional, easy, and delicious Italian custard. It is filled with tasty berry summer goodness.

  Total Time: 30 Min 

  Yield: Serves 4


  • 1 cup (200 g) Fresh Strawberries

     3 1/3 ounces (100 ml) Single Cream

How to Make It:

Step 1:


Make a strawberry puree by blending the strawberries, then mix in the cream.

Step 2:


Mix the Carrageenan Iota with the sugar and then blend into the liquid with a blender.

Step 3:


Heat to approximately 140° F (60°C).

Step 4:

Pour into a large hemisphere mold or glass and leave in the fridge to set.
