Red Lemon Salmon

This garlic lemon butter salmon is crazy delicious its garlic lemon butter sauce. So good!

  Total Time: 30 Min 

  Yield: Serves 4


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 Lemons
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Pepper corns

How to Make It:

Step 1:


Take 1 pound (500gm) of salmon filet  and cut it into your desired size and shape.

Step 2:


Arrange salmon fillets on a lightly greased sheet pan. Add pepper corns.

Step 3:


Mince 5 garlic cloves and combine with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Apply the garlic/butter mixture over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of guar gum over the salmon.

Step 4:

Squeeze lemon juice of 4 lemons over everything and season with 1 teaspoon of salt.

Step 5:


Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
