Papaya Fruit  Noodles

An amazing two-ingredient garnish to wow your diners. No sugar, all vegan, diabetic, and gluten free, too

Step 1:

 

Bring the papaya juices to a simmer in a pan. Add the agar agar and mix well, preferably with an immersion blender. If using non-strained juice then strain the mixture through a chinois into a container.

Step 2:


To make the papaya agar agar noodles fill a length of plastic tubing (2-3 millimeters in diameter) with the mixture, using a syringe, and place into an ice water bath. After a few minutes fill the syringe with air and blow the agar noodles out of the tubing. They can be reserved until ready to be served.

Step 3:

You are not limited to papaya, you can use other juices such as passion fruit and watermelon.
