Step 1:
Cut flank steak into 1/4-inch thick strips across the grain. Add salt, pepper and 1-tablespoon soy sauce, mix and let marinade while you make the sauce.
Step 2:
Combine beef stock, 2-tablespoons soy sauce, vermouth, sesame oil, brown sugar alternative and xanthan gum in blender or processor till combined.
Step 3:
In a large pan, add 2-tablespoons coconut oil till heated, add beef and cook until browned. During the end of the browning add 1-tablespoon garlic and 1-teaspoon ginger. Remove meat and set aside.
Step 4:
Add 2-tablespoons butter, 4 cups broccoli, 2-tablespoons water and cook until broccoli starts to turn bright green. Add sauce mix and beef, stir and simmer until sauce starts to thicken.
Step 5:
Top with green onion, extra soy and sriracha!
