Diabetic Orange Marmalade

  Yield: Serves 6-8


How to Make It:

Step 1: With a vegetable peeler, remove peel from orange.

Combine orange peel and water in saucepan, bring to boil, and boil for 3 minutes.

Step 2:  Cut off membrane from fruit. Place fruit, orange water (with peel) and pectin in blender or food processor. Work until completely blended.

Step 3: Pour into saucepan, bring to boil, and boil for 1 minute.

Allow to cool slightly.

Step 4: Stir in sugar replacement. Pour into serving dish or jelly jar.

Then chill.
